Marketing and Investor Summary ('IS'). The Investor Summary is a standardized report that is used to provide a convenient overview of a real estate asset that is for sale. Bank officers use the report as their resource to answer questions posed by interested investors and they also disseminate the IS to real estate brokers or directly to inquiring parties. The IS includes an Executive Summary page, Location and PIN Maps, Surveys, Photographs, Demographics, as well as other items. The Executive Summary page includes (as applicable): Property Description, Jurisdiction, Topography, Utilities & Services, Site Access, Directions, GPS Coordinates, Covenants, and Amenities.
