In 2008, due to the faltering economic climate and the effect it has had on the owned real estate portfolio of the nation’s banks, Jewell Analytics diversified into a multi-dimensional company providing analytics, due diligence, and project management to all players in the banking and real estate arena. As such, we are now producing Marketability Reports, Due Diligence Reports, and Project Management services for bank loan portfolios, bank-owned assets, investors, developers, and other real estate professionals. Currently we are a critical vendor to one of the nation’s largest banks producing thousands of reports annually; we also serve other community banks.
