From loan origination to  liquidating troubled assets, Jewell Analytics' comprehensive collateral management solutions provide crucial analysis of the asset to aid in critical decisions.  We are enhancing our product line with Loan Origination Tools that provide solutions to bank loan officers who require additional and in-depth asset knowledge prior to final loan approval, or before releasing additional draws from an existing loan. Our Marketability Reports identify potential issues that could prove detrimental to the marketability or value of the property.   It is a unique and powerful tool that bridges the gaps between an appraisal, tax records, and title policy and provides a comprehensive report addressing all facets of marketability and value.  The Marketability Report process utilizes our Paralegals to thoroughly review and detail chain of title and other legal issues affecting the property.  Our Paralegal personnel review title policy exceptions and the underlying documents, compiled by and subject to review by the bank’s counsel, and analyze their impact on the asset.

Our G.I.S. Division is tasked with digitizing easements and areas of concern to provide a visual representation of issues identified in our analysis of title exceptions. Custom Mapping and Database Management allow Jewell Analytics to provide detailed interactive maps depicting the asset locations with satellite imagery and information specific to the property.  The Jewell Analytics server and IT process and protocol has passed a thorough bank IT audit; we welcome additional audits to meet your strict internal Information Security standards. Investor Summaries provide a marketing resource in a convenient standardized report that provides an overview of the asset that is for sale.  Our Due Diligence services span the gap from boots on the ground site visits to researching specific issues of concern. Jewell Analytics' hands on approach to Project Management include all aspects of project management and maintenance from managing large infrastructure projects to zoning and environmental compliance issues. Jewell Analytics has recently added Surveying to our list of current services and Environmental Site Assessments are in the works for early 2014!
