Deborah Stivers is Senior Analyst for Jewell Analytics Group.  She graduated from Our Lady of the Lake University with a BBA and as a member of  Delta Mu Delta business honor society.  Deborah joined Jewell after retiring from International Paper Company where she was a Senior Paralegal for the real estate division assisting Senior Counsel in all phases of the purchase and sale of real estate, including sales of large and small timberlands, surplus operating facilities and large scale commercial and real estate developments.  With over 30 years experience, Deborah has extensive knowledge in title review, easements, restrictive covenants, notes, mortgages and foreclosures.  She is well versed with the due diligence process required to successfully market real estate properties.
