GIS Manager

 

 

David Pettit is the GIS Manager for Jewell Analytics Group leading a team of seasoned GIS Analysts.  David is tasked with initiating and managing Jewell’s internal mapping workflow by capturing the necessary data to create custom maps of the subject property.  David and his team generate parcel maps for current and potential bank assets and delineate detrimental issues that could impact the development, marketability, and value of the collateral.  By georeferencing and digitizing metes and bounds descriptions, easements of record, and natural / environmental features, he and his team provide a powerful tool for analyzing the property.  David graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in August 2010 with a Bachelors of Science in Geography & Earth Sciences, concentrating in Geographic Information Systems.  His mapping skills, leadership, and strong work ethic have been a key to the success of Jewell’s GIS Department.
